About
For nearly 15 years, I have been deeply exploring the fields of holistic health, community building, and sustainability. This path has taken me on a journey around the world, where I have had the opportunity to experience diverse cultures, visit ecovillages, retreat centers, and Buddhist monasteries, and immerse myself in different spiritual and holistic traditions.
Some particularly meaningful places along this journey have been the Findhorn Ecovillage in Scotland, the Esalen Institute in California, and Plum Village in France. These experiences have touched me profoundly and continue to shape both my work and my perspective on life.
Creating Environments that Nurture True belonging
At the heart of what I do is a simple yet powerful intention: to support people in reconnecting, authentically and compassionately, with themselves, with one another, and with nature.
For many years, I have been guided by a vision of creating and supporting spaces where this kind of connection can unfold naturally. Places where people can slow down, listen inwardly, and rediscover the resilience, clarity, and vitality that allow them to engage with the world in meaningful ways.
One of my most heartfelt projects is the Pura Vida Festival Retreat, which I co-founded in 2021 together with two colleagues. It is an alcohol- and substance-free festival retreat dedicated to holistic health, community, and sustainability. At its core, the festival is about experiential learning, creativity, joy, and authentic human connection. It takes place once a year at the seminar center Wir Bauen Zukunft between Berlin and Hamburg. I remain actively involved as part of the strategy team and in shaping the program.
Psychotherapy & Coaching
Alongside this work, I continue to deepen my therapeutic training. I began studying movement-based expressive arts therapy with Anna and Daria Halprin, and I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology on my path to becoming a licensed psychotherapist.
Through all these experiences, a central thread remains: a deep commitment to creating environments that nurture presence, connection, and meaningful transformation. My work is inspired by the belief that when people reconnect with themselves and their inner resources, they naturally become a more conscious and compassionate force in the world.
